“My name is Luke Barr and I am the son of a disabled veteran. I am also a neurologist. I have encountered many people suffering debilitating injuries, but some of the most devastating are neurological, such as stroke or multiple sclerosis, and affect the use of the hand. Unfortunately, many patients do not make the progress that we hope for, and I came to the conclusion that there had to be a better way. The first tool that I have developed focuses specifically on hand rehabilitation. It is born from a new, groundbreaking concept and represents a paradigm shift for functional enhancement. The patent-pending device engages both hands and mimics real-world functional tasks through a novel object. It gives patients opportunities at improvement they did not have before. It is our first step in a bold journey into the future of rehabilitation.”

A resident of South Korea, Jin has been involved in sales and consulting in the high-tech and aerospace industries for years. With his intimate knowledge of these complex markets, with special attention to South Korea and Taiwan, Jin brings invaluable experience and knowhow to developing this key region.

Josue “Sway” Chavez
Sway is a native of Colorado but has resided in Nashville, Tennessee for the last 11 years. Nashville is a major emerging hub for healthcare and other high-tech industries. He was a successful collegiate soccer player, and has an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Management from Lipscomb University. Sway has broad experience working with leading healthcare systems in the country with solutions ranging from Saas (software as a service) and health insurance to medical devices. For the past several years he was a successful and dynamic representative for Stryker, one of the nations leading medical device providers and a Fortune 500 company. He has been awarded numerous performance achievements for improving patient outcomes and quality metrics. His experience, relationships, insight, and dynamic leadership abilities are invaluable for driving growth and awareness in the US market.
